Islamabad Gets New Autism Center for Special Children

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif laid the foundation stone of the Autism Center of Excellence in Islamabad to support the training and development of children with special needs.
The center aims to provide quality care, professional support, and equal opportunities for children on the autism spectrum.Addressing the ceremony, the prime minister announced the provision of 15 vehicles to facilitate the center’s daily operations.
He also directed authorities to complete the Autism Center of Excellence in Islamabad within one year, instead of the originally planned two years, to ensure faster services for families in need.
Highlighting the abilities of special children, Shehbaz Sharif shared inspiring examples of a child who has created impressive musical compositions and another who has spread love across Pakistan through musical performances.
He said such achievements show the immense potential of children when given proper guidance and support.
