Perfect for festive occasions, this dessert combines the crunch of nuts with the sweetness of syrup in an elegant treat.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cup almonds (blanched and peeled)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cup sugar<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 cup water<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/4 tsp cardamom powder<br \/>\n&#8211; A few drops of rose water (optional)<br \/>\n&#8211; Ghee for greasing  <\/p>\n<p>Instructions:<br \/>\n1. Grind the blanched almonds into a fine paste.<br \/>\n2. In a pan, combine sugar and water to make a syrup. Cook until it reaches a slightly thick consistency (one-string stage).<br \/>\n3. Add cardamom powder and rose water to the syrup.<br \/>\n4. Slowly fold the almond paste into the syrup, mixing gently to avoid lumps.<br \/>\n5. Grease a tray or plate with ghee and pour the mixture evenly, spreading it to a thickness of about 1 cm.<br \/>\n6. Allow it to cool slightly and then cut into diamond or square shapes.<br \/>\n7.
