Approvals are obtained through illicit \u201cunder\u2011table\u201d payments because the institutions fail to meet registration\/affiliation criteria. The nursing officers are then blackmailed, subjected to vindictive and impulsive behavior.<br \/>\n3. MOU exchange without inspection: Right\u2011hand approval, left\u2011hand money\u201d arrangements are made with other unethical partners, bypassing proper inspection from Regulatory authorities.<br \/>\n4. These highly Currupted and non functioning irrelevant Feild breakers are doing agreement with Institutions Owners based on annual Profit\u2011shares (20\u201130\u202f%).<br \/>\n5. \u2060Agreements are signed for 20\u201330\u202f% of the annual profit (based on total students and total degrees\/diplomas)call faculty on low honorarium for inspection day for the purpose of affiliation and registration from Regulatory authorities.<br \/>\nProblem:<br \/>\n&#8211; These \u201cbreakers\u201d (non\u2011nursing, non\u2011allied health professionals) often from management sciences, engineering, or currupted and incompetent unqualified HR backgrounds hold positions such as Director, Administration Director, or Project Director despite lacking relevant nursing\/allied health degrees or credentials and do curruption with real investors.<br \/>\n&#8211; They engage in fraud, siphon billions annually, and damage the dignity of a highly skilled, qualified Nursing and Allied health profession.<br \/>\nImpact:<br \/>\n&#8211; Undermines professional standards.<br \/>\n&#8211; Compromises on Graduates , patients care, safety and education quality.<br \/>\n&#8211; Demoralizes genuine nursing professionals due to Selling the Seats for induction of admission and enrolment of very low marit admission seeking candidates.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u2060very Alarming situation for Females Candidates that under these breaker directorship Female respect and integrity will be highly affected becuase the breakers don\u2019t have morals and character they are play gammers with other children\u2019s.<br \/>\n&#8211; \u2060the breakers do show Fake clinical MOU for students clinical hours they showcase high bed strength of the hospital in real scenario the hospital bed strength is like OPD 50 beds and the culprits do request for Multiple high Degrees Programs 5-8 Degrees based on 50 beds or low standards Hospital MOU.<br \/>\nRecommendations (Structured)<br \/>\n*1.
