According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Belarus E-Visa is a single-entry permit valid for up to 30 days and can be used for:

Key Features of the Belarus E-Visa

Introduced under Government Decree No. 953, signed on December 16, 2024, the E-Visa system simplifies the travel process with the following benefits:

Single-entry visas for ordinary passport holders

Valid for 30 days from the date of issue

Automatic approval without requiring visa support documents

Suitable for business, tourism, education, and cultural exchanges

Processing time: Seven calendar days

How to Apply for the Belarus E-Visa

Starting March 20, 2025, applicants can complete their E-Visa application online by following these steps:

Register a personal account on the official E-Visa portal E-Pasluga (accessible via web and mobile app).

Fill out the online form and select service code 3.04.01 under β€œE-visa issuance.”

Pay the visa fee online using Visa International or Mastercard Worldwide.

Wait for processingβ€”applications will be reviewed within seven calendar days.

Receive the approved E-Visa electronically and present a printed or digital copy upon arrival in Belarus.
