Gilgit – Pakistan’s breathtaking Gilgit-Baltistan region has earned global recognition after being listed by CNN Travel among the “Top 25 Destinations to Visit in 2025.” The recognition places the mountainous territory alongside some of the world’s most iconic travel hotspots, highlighting its immense potential for eco-tourism and adventure travel.
The U.S.-based media outlet praised Gilgit-Baltistan for its dramatic landscapes, snow-capped peaks, glacial lakes, and vibrant cultural heritage.
